V. V. Ter-Barseghyants
1890 - 1890s
The photographer’s biographical details have not been found. Ter-Barsegyants' photography studio was located in the center of Tiflis, on 16 Kirochnaya (now Marjianishvili) street where it operated between 1900s-1910s. His portraits of women stand out amidst the rest of his output since the photographer seems to have been more inspired by the task of capturing the psychological and emotional character of his female subjects.
