A. Shahin
1920 - 1930s
Information regarding this Armenian photographer operating in Cairo during the 1930s has not been uncovered. Shahin's studio produced ordinary family portraits as well as more ceremonial photographs that bear typical hallmarks of Egyptian commercial photography of the 1930s. The rarity with which his images surface on the photographic market, indicate that Shahin’s business did not have a long life and was most likely closed by the end of the 1930s.
