We have been unable to find exact biographical information about this photographer. Mordyan worked as a photo-correspondent for ‘Garun’ (Spring) magazine and other periodicals during the 1970s-80s. There are only a few published photographs attributed to him, which does not allow us to form a general idea about the photographer’s overall practice. Amidst his more notable photo-reportages is the documentation of Mother Teresa's visit to Armeniain 1988.
