The studio of Ishkhanian brotherscalled ‘Photo Comet’ was at 42 Abdin str. address in Cairo.(1) It was located in the center of the city, near the Opera Square and operated duringthe 1930s and '40s. The photographersmade conventionalfamily portraits usually printed in the form of photo-postcards. It appears from their photographs that the majority of Ishkhanians' clients werefrom the lower-middle classes. No other biographical information has been discovered.
