With his documentary photo-sketches, Barseghyan has appeared on the pages of ‘Garun’ (Spring) magazine as well as in several photo-albums. They are often modest genre scenes that in which the photographer tried to summarize the urban everyday through little anecdotal narratives. As can be assumed from the limited number of his published photographs, Barseghyan practiced in this medium as an amateur and his work has not appeared in the local media since the early 1990s. We have been unable to trace the photographer’s biographical details.
